Production method: Hand-plucked and manufactured in small sized family enterprise (see video)
Cooling and storage: till May 2022 at 4°C – after not cooled, protected by multi-layered bags
Infusion color: Bright yellow
brewing: approx. 4 infusions "Grandpa-Style" at 80-85°C
Background information to the source: This white tea was purchased during our visit in Liyang at Mr. Zhang’s small business. He’s the cousin of one of our Chinese friends living in Germany. That’s how we got in touch.
